100% Arabica, single origin. This Ethiopian Yirgacheffe wash is a fruit forward coffee with a delightful berry and cream finish. This Ethipioan tends to have a nice backbone of sweetness from toffee and/or soft nuts like almond, with a floral and citrus overtone. We recently obtained this year's crop and loving the flavor profile. One of our daily favorites!

100% Arabica, single origin. This Ethiopia Yirgacheffe washed has a perfumed floral aroma that leads into a crisp and complex fruit basket flavor. Milky body provides the backbone for the fruit and aromatics, creating a harmonious balance. The cup finishes with lingering, pleasant mouthfeel.

This is a Direct Trade coffee and purchased directly from the coffee farm in Guatemala. Bethel is Kafetos family owned coffee farm, located in the highlands on the border of Guatemala and Honduras (4,000+ ft above sea level). Due to the climate, clay and metamorphic volcanic soils provide the perfect conditions for a distinct acidity and good body.

100% Arabica, single origin. This Brazilian Porta Rossa coffee bean brews complexity at its finest. With each cup, enjoy rich chocolate and nutty combination delivering a flavor similar to German Chocolate Cake with a hint of vanilla as it finishes. Our Copacabana was created to be the peanut butter in your sandwich, the stuffing in your favorite chair, the chewy center of your blend. Its complex array of sweet middle notes and chiffon-like mouth feel provide depth and substance to an espresso. In a drip blend, it lends great body and sweetness.The Copacabana is about as smooth as it gets.
WHY WE LIKE CABOT TRAIL
100% Arabica, single origin. The Andes Mountains run through the department of Huila, Colombia, which is also home to the Nevado del Huila volcano. The area's resulting mineral-rich soil and microclimates contribute to a celebrated cup profile that's typically juicy, fruity and complex, with a rich, full body. These small farms are planted in mostly Caturra, and processing is of the traditional method. Producers all use manual, hand-cranked depulping machines to remove the cherry from the beans. And they use raised beds for drying the coffee, which creates ideal air circulation and even drying.In short, the Cabot Trail is a Colombian classic, bold, rich and chocolatey. It’s a fantastic cup of coffee for watching the sun go down the horizon.
WHY WE LIKE LOLO PASS
100% Arabica, single origin. This Colombia bean is naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process – a technique specially developed to preserve the coffee’s original flavour and aroma. The Swiss Water Process involves immersing the coffee beans in water at varying temperature and pressure in order to extract 99.9% of the caffeine. No chemicals are used, and a filtering process allows the beans to maintain their characteristic flavour. Once quality-checked, dried and polished, the beans are ready to be roasted; we’ve applied a medium roast for a complex, perfectly balanced brew. This is one of the best decaf coffees we have found. Sweet, clean and delicious.

This is Skaut’s first signature blend after long hours of roasting a multitude of beans of all different times and temperatures, until we found the perfect combination of taste, quality and smoothness. This blend reminds the founder of Touring Coffee Roasters, Eugene, of his first quality cup of coffee in college while hiking in the Costa Rica volcanic mountains in college. He’s been on the hunt finding 100% Arabica Coffee without success, but his obsession to replicate the taste can be best found in this blend. Eugene personally loves tasting the Central and South American nutty, chocolatey and smooth coffee flavors.

After tinkering with all different origin of beans with different combinations of roast time and temperature, we finally dialed-in our Espresso Blend. We aimed high and created a strong, bold and rich flavor and is perfect for all things espresso. We personally love this with lattes and cappuccinos!
