WHY WE LIKE THIS COFFEE
We let green coffee from Colombia sit in an empty Syrah wine barrel from Walla Walla, WA for up to 6 months. During this time, the coffee bean absorbs the aroma of the wine without any of the alcohol and the results is a one-of-a-kind aroma and fragrance. The coffee is then roasted in micro quantities with the natural sugar of the coffee beans and the wine balancing for a unique flavor of vino and coffee!
